Processing of personal data within the meaning of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)

Sergio Lupi expresses its commitment and attention to the processing of the personal data of the users of the site through the adoption of a policy of confidentiality of personal data in conformity with the Regulation EU n. 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR), relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and also to the discipline of the Code concerning the protection of personal data (“Privacy Code”), contained in Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, N. 196.

Type of data processed and purpose of the treatment

The navigation within the site is free and requires no registration from the user except in cases where the collection of personal data is necessary for the attainment of certain purposes such as, for example: making Services to be paid, to request commercial information regarding the services of the Sergio Lupi, allow participation in a forum, send a curriculum vitae or send e-mails to the addresses indicated on the Site. How long do we save your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is how we can automatically recognize and approve any subsequent comments instead of keeping them in a moderation queue. For users who register on our website (if present), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except their user name that they cannot change). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.
